How do I know if this website is credible?

I want to buy off a site josluxury.com but I am afraid of its credibility. It says the business has trust scores, but will a payment be secure if paid via PayPal and how can I check the trust scores?

I don't know what the reference to trust scores is.  Through PayPal, since this is an off-eBay transaction, you would file any disputes through our Buyer Complaint policy.  Be aware this is not a guarantee of recovery of funds in the event of a dispute; recovery would be made on a best-effort basis based on the balance of the seller's PayPal account.  They payment information will be secure, and the recipient will not see financial information that you provide if you pay through your PayPal account.
