I accepted money for a rental thru paypal. The tenent thought it was for a longer period and did not want to pay for the additional time so I need to refund his money but I had just taken the steps to transfer it into my new bank account which is not yet confirmed. I don't want to keep his money longer than necessary but can't figure out how to refund it as it is pending transfer. Help please?
Once you get your bank account confirmed, you can refund the money. You kind of created your own issue by trying to transfer funds to an unconfirmed account.
