I Just joined paypal and would like to make a CC purchase, but I'm hoping to get a few things cleared up before I do so. My CC was added to my profile three business days ago, the billing address has been confirmed, but the verification charge has been pending ever since. I gather from the below help topic that my card needs the four digit code that results once the charged is finalized (although I've never been prompted by paypal in the carding adding process to do so, I had to search through the help center to come up with this)... A couple things with this: first, this seems to be taking too long to get the code, but secondly what's more confusing is that when I go to my paypal credit card profile I see no "Link and Confirm My Card" option where I supposedly enter the code. Does this mean my card is ready to use? It could be I do not see the link until my charge is finalized and the code is available, but that seems weird.
