Hello--
In the past I signed up for a paypal account but never used it. Because of that, I've forgotten all the info that one would need to access it in order to delete some things or the account all together. In trying to access the provided links to recover my user info on the old account, it has given me a messge that I was trying to access an older version of paypal and wouldn't provide me with any information on how to recover the old info.
The reason I'm trying to access is this is so I can either use that account to do what I need to do, -OR- delete the account so that I can use the one I just created and be able to add the necessary banking info. The chat with the automated person didn't work the way I needed to, so now I'm reaching out to you guys! Please help!!
