Hi everyone,
We have integrated paypal as a optional payment method for our online book store, everything works fine except that we only can sell books to certain countries, but people for other countries keep making payment for our books, we saw there is a option called 'Country monitor' and I wonder if that can do the job for us, two questions:
1. Can I use 'Country monitor' to filter payments?
2. Is 'Country monitor' option only avalilable for business paypal account not for personal account?
