After receiving a email stating I was eligible for a debit card, the link doesn't work. It states it can't give me a card without my addresses being the same (which they are). When I talk to PayPal by phone they state the are "working on the problem". We are going on several weeks now. Any suggestions? I have been with PayPal for about 10 years and had to close and reopen my account because they wouldn't change my business name.
Per your post, if PayPal themselves is working on the issue, there really nothing that the forum can do help as the forum is primary supported by non-PayPal employees. Most folks here who help out are professionals, online business owners or developers who support those online businesses. We volunteer our time, we are not PAID.
