Ecrater store offers Paypal: how do buyers leave feedback?

I have offered Paypal on my Ecrater store for some time, but only about 20% of buyers are leaving feedback.  I believe the feedback is only offered to Paypal users, but have no idea how to remind them to leave feedback. I am offering discounts on future purchases if they leave feedback, but have had several reply asking how they leave feedback on ecrater.

How and where do they find the link or option to leave feedback for me on my ecrater store?  Is it on the Ecrater site? is it on the Paypal site?  I need to know how they can leave feedback so I can tell them!

There's an option in your PayPal Account which will allow buyers to leave a note to the seller.  You can find it in your Profile, under Selling Preferences, Payment Receiving Preferences.   Look for "Add Instructions to Seller".   That's the only type of feedback on your PayPal Account side.   That may or may not be what you are referring to.   As for Ecrator, you would have to contact them.

Note, you can change the text on this link, if so desired.   You would need to include the "cn" variable with a value in your item button code.  Again, how this would be done if even possible in Ecrator would be another question their support folks.

Thanks, but that is NOT what I am talking about.  This is a rating feedback system on Ecrater that is available only to buyers who use paypal.  I can find no links on the site for feedback. 

If anyone has left feedback for Ecrater sellers, let me know how you did it!
