I can't print shipping lables. I keep getting the message that my shipping address information does not match the information with PayPal. I've checked numerous times to see if the accounts are exactly the same and they are. Help.
I had that same problem a month or so ago. The problem is that one of the data fields that are used by both PayPal and UPS are not exactly matching. It can be a teeny tiny difference in one of four different screens. The easiest way to fix it is to call PayPal. They can direct you immediately to the problem and walk you through the editing needed.
