Thank you for your answer. Story is this: I've sent about 10-15 items (about 120 USD each) without tracking number. Buyer pretend he hasn't received any of them. His paypal account is new. Only 2 disputes have been dne until now but others will probably come. Is there any chance Paypal may close his account ? What about the open disputes ?
