I surely would appreciate if someone could supply me with the direct line/address to the legal department of ebay/paypal in San Jose, CA. I am finding 1 out of every 9 parcels shipped, using paypal shipping, the delivery confirmation numbers are invalid, and ebay refuses to reimburse me. This has gone on since October! I filed a complaint with the BBB; and ebay's response was, "are you using a verified address.?" Give me a break....eBay / Paypal Verifies the address NOT ME! I have called, emailed, sent up smoke signals and still no answer or I am kindly patronized. I wish for ebay to patronize my attorney! Thanks for any information.
