Debit Card Question

Hello,

I am new to using a PayPal Debit Card.  I've activated my card and read all the fine print online and what came with it, however, I haven't seen if there is a monthly FEE for having the card.  Can someone please help?

There is no monthly fee.

Are there any "per-purchase" fees for either useing it with a signature, or with a PIN?

I'm gonna add to this thread.  I have my card activated and all, but do I need to transfer money to my Paypal acct from my bank in order to use it, or will it pull the money directly from my account like Paypal does?
