I am pretty new to the selling community. I sold something today and the lady paid with a credit card. why does it say under review? Her end says complete. Will I have to wait long on my $$?
she paid via paypal i'm assuming...does it say under review? or pending? If it is "pending" go ahead and ship it, when your new paypal holds the money until she leaves positve feedback or the release date hits. Not sure what under review means, never seen that.
well if it says not to ship.....definately do not ship...I would email your customer and explain what your seeing on your end so they don't flip out on you. Sounds like the credit card didn't go through the first time or something.
