When Pay Pal is awaiting the 4-digit code after changing a credit card linked to the account, is payment to the seller being held until then? I made a purchase yesterday and changed the card linked to my account. Now I'm waiting for the Pay Pal code to show up on my credit card account so I can confirm it, and I'm concerned because it appears I haven't paid the seller. Is this normal?
