I'm trying to change my password but I keep getting a message that I need to contact my account manager. I don't know who or what that is. I'm not even given an option to answer my security questions!
And I've tried "Contact us" but it's been down for the past 10 minutes. I'm worried about the sequrity of my site and I'm very frustrated that my hands are tied.
