Changing Address Help

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this.. but anyway! I need help changing my address. All is fine and dandy until it asks for my telephone number. It keeps saying my phone number is invalid but I know for sure it is not because I use it almost daily. Is there a certain format the number has to be typed in or something?

555-555-5555  is the format we've always used.

Its still saying it isn't a valid telephone number. I'm not sure what's wrong.. I'm not typoing it or anything.

We must be missing something here.

Couple of things you can try.

Make sure that you are typing in the number, not copy and paste.

Next ensure that you are using the latest version of your favorite web browser.  Also try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files, history, cache, etc., then close your web browser, reopen it and try again.

If the results are the same, try a different web browser, i. e., Safari, Chrome, Firefox or IE.

Last thought, if the issue is not resolved, open a Support Ticket here.
