No, once it's cancelled it's cancelled. There's no way to reactivate it, which really sucks. A few weeks ago I thought I lost my wallet so I called and had the card cancelled. Once I found it I called them and they said there's nothing they can do to reactivate the card. However, you can request a new card online. For me, however, I couldn't even do that because within the time frame of getting my original debit card and needing a new one, I closed my checking account... which means I am no longer verified and ineligible for a PayPal debit card. This puts me in a bad situation because I closed my checking since I was now using my PayPal account for all my transactionsne... now in order for me to pull out money I have to deposit it into my Mother's checking account and wait 3-6 days for all the processing time and then have her pull it out. It's horrible, so my advice to everyone out there... wait a few days to cancel the card until you know for sure you lost it. Chances are if someone makes unauthorized charges you can get that money refunded anyway.
