I use Freshbooks for Invoicing my direct customers. There is a button where they can pay the invoice with PayPal. But everytime I receive a payment - their address is not there - the fields are blank.
Freshbooks didnt know the answer - so I thougt I would check here.
Additionally - what should I put in the terms and conditions section? What is their protection, what is mine for sales outside of eBay?
One would have to see the code that Freshbooks generates to understand what is causing the issue. Only guessing here but, it sounds like the variable for prompting a customer to supply a shipping address is not there or is passing the wrong value. This would definitely be a Freshbooks issue.
