At the present time it appears that there is no perfect accounting software integration software application. Don't depend on PayPal for keeping your accounting records for you as there are limitations. Your best method is to use Quickbooks Pro and simply input the transactions as you get them. This method ensures that you are NOT dependent on PayPal's stored information. We have worked this way for years and it works quite well. Yes, there is some extra input work involved however, the end result is quite accurate and you have it when your need it.
