I had a problem with a seller that described a laptop to me and on e bay that it was, something that it wasnt, it suppose to have all these programs, super fast computer with a eithernet port and a A++ tech checked it out to make sure it was in top notch working order. guarantee. To find out the programs were in spanish did not have eithernet port and no way to play a DVD.I contacted the seller he wanted me to send it back plus and extra 45.00 to fix what should have been done to began with.I am going to bail on e bay and yes I will keep using pay pal because it has no fault in this listing if you advertise with e bay you should be held accountable for your own adds if they are not accurate you should have to make it right. They should make you make it right the computer is still in the shop the 170 dollar computer already has cost me 125.00 and still has problems with the starty up mold.if this guy is tring to sell you a computer do not buy it he is a joke and expensive joke brandeesantos I have already spent close to 300.00 for a laptop that i still can not use.

You should have filed a SNAD (not as described) right away and yes you would have had to send it back but you would have received a refund.
Now that you took it to a shop you altered it and cannot do that now.
