Any fix for Virtual Terminal yet?

I'm still receiving a "credit card format" error when using the Paypal Virtual Terminal. I have orders that need to ship! When will the terminal be working? Amanda? Anyone?

You need to ask PayPal's Tech Support, have you opened a Support Ticket?

I called and was told my account info was added to the "ticket". I sure hope this problem gets fixed soon! They said they were aware of the problem, but gave me no timeline on a fix.
