I'm having the same problem and I shipped mine as Paypal/ebay said to. Gave traking #, proven delivery. Payment by echeck through paypal received on 12/28 and by 1/6 payment was cancelled for NSF. I uderestimated the shipping, so I took a big loss as it is, now even bigger until I receive payment.
