Hi KK112-
Have you ever used a checkout program for paying a website through PayPal that might have autopopulated information? You might want to search the address in a search engine to see if it comes up with a business you've purchased from in the past.
Of course, since it is your account, you are welcome to delete the address from your Profile.
If you are concerned that there has been someone else accessing your account (sounds like your password still works, which a "bad guy" would generally change as fast as possible to their own info), you can also change your password from the Profile section as well. You might also want to run a security check on your computer just to be safe and make sure no malware or keyloggers are on your system, which can happen from phishing or spoof emails.
Thanks,
Jason
