I do not live in the US, but this account is an US account, i live in Hong Kong and now i need a US credit card in order for it to let me spend or even send back my money in it after my friends send me some funds, which i dont have!!! and now i am just stuck like this, i must have ignored the country selection when i create this account, u can say its my fault, but wtf are u paypal admins racist? my friend that create his account in Hong Kong doesnt need a credit card verification and he got 25k limit to send money while i got 0?
to any admins, i now request to switch back to a Hong Kong acount, or refund this account's money to its original owner (i havent spend a cent) then close this account down
