I don't understand why this keeps happing or WHY its happening AGAIN. A few weeks ago I had to go through all sorts of "identity verifications" which were completed, but it was a GIANT fiasco. I'm getting **bleep**. Now I just made a payment to large reputable vendor and there is a "Pending" notification next to the transaction and when I click on it states there is a Temporary Hold place by PayPal.
WHAT IS PAYPALS PROBLEM? This is getting friggin ridiculous.
