I have sold an item on ebay, but didnt use any delivery, i gave the item personally to buyer and marked as shipped on ebay. After 21 days pending, finally my money was available on PP. Then in 1 day paypal put my money on temporary hold. They want something proof. Buyer and PP isn't responding for a week now. What will paypal do with my money? What kind of proof should i upload if buyer isnt responding and there was no shipping?
No idea, the only folks that can tell you that are paypal customer services.
But you did not need to wait all that time, you could have just listed with ''cash on collection" on your auction as ebay allow that for items that are collected.
Then you would have had your funds instantly and no paypal fee.
