money on hold

[over21days]

Hello,

my money is still on hold even though the 21 days are up and according to paypal the release date was the 22.04.12

I have contacted paypal already but I'm still waiting for my answer....

Has anybody experienced something similar or can tell me what to do?

Welcome to the Community!

If you have received a payment that has been placed on hold for up to 21 days, the funds should be released to your PayPal balance within 2 to 3 working days from when the 21 day timeframe has passed. If you have already tried contacting customer services directly, we would release the funds to your PayPal balance once we can see that the 21 days has passed.
