item sent but buyer has not recieved.. help needed

I posted an item to buyer but she is saying she has not received it, she contacted me 0 days after the auction ended

what can I do????

Hi there Abby07,

The best thing to do would be to provide as much information as possible to your buyer in order to show them that the item has been posted. When you are providing them with information, let them know when the item has been posted and where exactly you have posted the item to.

If your buyer opens a dispute on the transaction through their PayPal or eBay account, we would request additional information from you in regards to the item being posted. We may also require a copy of the original postage receipt showing where the item has been posted. We would contact you via email with an update if this information is required.
