how long should it take paypal to decide on an unautherzed case / holding money received

a buyer that brought something of me on the 2nd and paid / posted the same day via special delivery

received on the 3rd, opened a case on the 8th, and now on the 17th after giving paypal all the tracking and other details requested my paypal is still in a large neg balance (witch true dont matter much since i dont keep money in paypal but now im getting new payments it goesd towords the neg balance so i cant use it so im out of pocket for postage and item costs ect untill i can),

really how long does it take to decide on cases when you have all the facts

and altho im not going to post the buyers user id, but for paypal is simple the buyers trying it on / had they account stolen, since they have brought about 4 or 5 high end items in a few days inclueding 3 laptops (like anyone needs that many)

*and true this is like my 3rd unauthorized case but those come when dealing with high end items, and if i could i would make everyone pay by bank transfer for orders over a few £100 to advoid it but since ebay wont let you cos them and paypal want the 13.4% so there can hold it along with the rest of the money when they insured against things like this, i get it might take a few days to get all the facts of a case but really 11 days is pushing it)

all of witch they most likely claimed unaotherized (tho true someone could of stolen they account and did the buying so it really could be unauthorzed use, but thats not my problem)

the facts are the paypal order page say intitled to paypal cover (paypal cover says that if i can prove *witch i have* that i posted to the paypal listed address that im covered)

really how long does it take?

or is it just all your workers use google chorme since thats still buggy and not letting people log in to paypal after about a month (tho i think thats more google chromes problem than yours just posting it for my own amusement and so i dont add a few F words)

In the event of an unauthorised dispute paypal have to investigate the fact that the innocent account holders account was defo hijacked and that takes a bit of time.

well seems it takes up to 10 days,

and great sloved on the 19th and lifted,

even greater now today theres an unauthorized from the CC company on the same item, so another upto 30 days on having a neg balance and selling at a lose *even tho all the proof is the same that the last case was decided on that took 10 days, so to decide in a second time should take what less than 30 seconds* (wonderful thing paypal is)

and will i might understand it takes time the frist time around, i dont understand it the second time around

ebay shouldnt even get unauthorized cases (not like it does anyways), its not hard to implant checks when peopple try to change they postage address, card details  ect when accounts get hi-jacked (i even had to spend 2 hours a few weeks ago trying to get access to my selling acount back when i tryed to use a friends laptop to log in witch wasnt approved to use my account and got locked by checks) or is it just that hard to implant checks for hi-jacking when you can lock guenine users out for using a diffent laptop
