Odd title I know, but just impossible to get the info' I need.

 

Email from PayPal - "buyer filed complaint, hasn't received good etc.."

I'm ok with this as we have tracking to check etc. If they don't have it then, of course, happy to refund/ send again - standard stuff.

 

However, this transaction was paid for, reversed, paid for again and then the email I receive has no info' in it and is written in Chinese.

 

I instantly went to resolution area dna asked for the info' and what I should do etc.  Clicked send, "oops there's a problem...do it again" message from site.  Now there's nothing in resolution centre waiting list.

 

Did PayPal get the email? Did they happen to just decide this is all ok now?  Money still "held". 

 

Wanted to conatct PayPal - tried 100+ times on the phone and always engaged (what's the point of having a phone system!!).

 

Anyway, I'm hacked off with it all aas whatever I do PayPal will just pay back this person - whether they received it or not.

 

Any help advice? No way to talk to PayPal so might as well just suck it up - again and again and again.
