Buyer scam me!

I send him the Full System Design Source Code of the Software I've made.

I send him invoice, paid me over paypal,

after he received the full system design source code, he lied that it doesn't work.

I help him of all the days he ever want to update what's to be done,

after the last update, he filed a case of dispute.

then the Stupid Paypal Agent favors him, and I think the Agent did not READ all the Document's I send.

and most of all Paypal Qoute about intangible item was never realized that in was in my favor.

there's is no appeal button, so I just decide to write them about Sellers Protection.

How will I get my money back after the buyer scammed me!

ok so you are breaking all paypal rules by opening numerous accounts with false i.d.

I suspect as you have now told them all this that you will find those accounts shortly limited.

Buyers have buyer protection for intangible items.

Sellers DO NOT have seller protection for intangible items so unfortunately you sell them at your own risk.

With that answer, then my work was all totally gone!

I send all the documents needed to probe that the buyer is scamming me,

but there are some Paypal Agent that are Stupid, and maybe they didn't look to the documents I send.

or the Agent a closed contact from the buyer.

So with this action, I have to closed my Paypal Account, never to open it again.

I have -$1,336.45 USD.

I have already withdraw the money, that's why the status is that.

So, the reality, I don't loose anything.

I'll get another bank account, name and number, make another mail address for Paypal.

So my previous Paypal with -$ Balance will be gone forever.

It's paypals loose not mine, because of their Stupid Agents, the company losses -$1,336.45 USD.

This is the result of a company hiring stupid agents.

Bye-Bye to my previous Paypal account!

Hello to my another Paypal account!

Another thoughts:

Paypal quote:

if Item from paypal payment is INTANGIBLE, it means that is not eligible for the dispute resolution process.

But why the Agent favor the Buyer, IF he knows what is intangible item! maybe they are related, Indians?

Again Paypal loose -$1,336.45 USD

Firstly if you don't pay the negative balance then paypal will sell your debt to a recovery debt collection firm who will keep knocking on your door until you pay it and their fees will be added on.

Secondly if you open a second paypal account it will soon most likely be permanently limited.

all the required addesses I put is invalid, I don't use personal address or names from the internet.

because I know in time there will be wrong like this.

All I can say, they have a Stupid Agent!  and because of that Agent they loose -$1,336.45 USD

I have to protect my self again's fraud buyers!

as I have told you the item I sell was intangible, it means it will not go to a resolution process, but why it was?

Just imagine I send him invoice, then he claims dispute after 3 weeks, so it means there was a plan of dispute after he gets all from me.

I loose my System Design Source Code of my Software!

I'm the one here who looses also, in reality, because this is my primary Paypal Account, now I also loose this.

All I can say that there are Stupid Paypal Agent!

I am the one who was scam here!

if the Agen really read all the documents and pictures I send then this will not be made!

and before that if they realized that the item was intangible, they can cancel the dispute, but they did not!

it means, there are BOTNETS in Paypal Agent,  I know this because I'm a programmer, I also make that one!

Answering botnet's without knowing the reality!

and EVEN if they trace me, I will not pay for it.  I am the one who also loose here!

all I can say that one of there Agent is Stupid or a Botnet!

The item you sold was intangible and IT DOES GO THROUGH THE RESOLUTION PROCESS as buyers now HAVE  buyer protection for intangible items.

I told you that in my first post.
