I have a dilemma, Previously I sold an item some time ago which I listed with the part number for the device and was the correct part etc, a guy won the item, I shipped it but the guy was trying to fit to a different model (thought it would fit which it doesn't fit, only if he had asked the question before buying it) I said what I sold was what you received, so he went through eBay and won, I was left picking up the fees and shipping costs, where what I was selling was correct, feel eBay favour buyers 100% I had an item for sale and was asked a question do I have another part that fits the model, which I do, but they are outside the UK the costs to ship is £40 the problem is I've been burnt from buyer protection and don't want to get caught again. He is happy to do a bank transfer, but I'm not keen on giving my bank details out so I thought do it through PayPal, but due to previous problem I don't want to get a charge back if anything goes wrong, not what he wanted etc etc... So can he do a payment that can't get stopped charged back etc? If so how do I do it?

Unfortunately not.  If you go through PayPal, you're subject to their policies.
