I sold an item on ebay, buyer pays through paypal. I ship item with a tracking number and watch it through USPS. The item is delivered in 2 days to the address I had to ship to. A week later I recieve an email from paypal that they refunded the buyer their money. So I call paypal and they say that the buyer said they never recieved the item. Paypal refunded the buyer a full refund from MY paypal account. I asked paypal about it and they had the wrong tracking number. I gave them the right number and they said that the case was now confirming it was delivered. Paypal will not refund my money!!!! Are you serious, your mistake and I have to pay for it? Something needs to be done.
