Dear All Concerns and Paypal Officials!

I must thank first of all to all of the Paypal Management/Staff and users who give us such a secure mode of financial transactions to do business online.

I was using another paypal account which was registered on the name of my friend who was also partner to me in providing online services.

On december 23, 2012, our paypal balance was 3986 pound in available balance and 1000 (round figure) in rolling reserve of 20% hold amount for 90 days as per paypal policy.

I have transfered 3975 out of the available balance to bank, leaving an available balance of 11 pounds.

A hold reserve amount of 1000 pound was still there in HOLD status which was most likely to be released fully by 23rd March 2013 (after completion of 90 days peroiod of individual transactions).

At that time, paypal changed the policy to hold the reserve amount, paypal online system  was changed, and my paypal starts showing available balance of  11 pounds and rolling reserve of 1000 pounds disappears totally.

Kinldy help me or guide me, "how to get this money back".

I am in dispute to my partner who owns this paypal account on this point.

Hopefully, the experienced users sitting in this forum will help/guide me to get out of this problem.

I am very disturbed mentally due to this problem.

Regards.

Hi there Online_Services,

Welcome to the community forum

This is a difficult one to advise on here as we are unable to see your PayPal account details.

I would suggest calling PayPal's customer service line or emailing directly from your account, this way your transaction history can be reviewed in full & also the reserves on your account.

You can do this by logging into the account and clicking on 'contact us' and 'email us' or 'call us'

Let us know how you get on!
