I recently had a dispute with a buyer who wanted a refund. Ebay took the fees from my PayPal leaving the balance at -27.00. I had a message on ebay asking me to repay what I owed them and after paying (and leaving a week for everything to clear) my PayPal hadn't changed - why do I have to pay both ebay and PayPal?! I couldn't afford to pay ebay back £27 never mind £54 to the pair of them! Can anyone explain this and advise me how to get my money back? Thanks

Takes 5-7 working days for money to transfer from your bank account if you did not use the faster method.
Why not contact customer services after that timescale if still not cleared >>
Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
