Well I received £60 from someone who bought an item of me before, I withdrawed the money but it was then reversed and Paypal are holding it at the moment, a case was opened from the buyer and they wanted a full refund which I am willing to give them, the only problem I am having is that I cannot refund the person as paypal are still holding the money? What do I do?
Contact paypal and authorise them to release the funds back to the buyer.
Contact us bottom of paypal pages > email or call and if you use the call us option on the left remember > (fees apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
