Hi everyone,
a buyer opened an item never received case on ebay to me for never receiving their item, which is apparently lost via UPS. If I issue the buyer a refund through Ebay, will my negative balance in paypal go away? BTW, the negative balance in my paypal is the amount that the buyer paid for their item.
I am asking this because obviously I am afraid I will end up paying double the amount.
Or what if I add the exact amount that is negative, to my paypal, would that be the same thing as issuing a refund to the buyer?
