NOT recieved money off paypal after 21days.

CAN any1 help with this .

My partner sold items worth £400 in total on ebay. All buyers paid, and i dispatched items.  Money was held on all transactions for 21 days, MAYBE MORE, Then noticed it was pending in  bank account. 

We waited for the money to clear, but it didnt, so contacted paypal, who said it was put into bank acc too early, so they would have 2 withdraw Pending money from bank acc and re-do it within nxt 7days.  WE HAE NOT RECIEVED ANY MONEY OFF PAYPAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phonecalls to paypal cost a FORTUNE, so i darent call them AGAIN as i am on hold for ages.  What do i do!!! No 1 has contacted me back after eventually talking2some1 over3wks ago.

try ringing them late at night they answer first time and they have a freephone number----08003586552---if ebay answer they can transfer you free of charge---- or Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Call Us"---or message them and a number is shown to ring a few tel numbers ------its bugging me too why they keep ur money for 21 days it must be a new tactic because my friend said it didnt happen to him when he opened an account---if you find an answer let me know too !
