hi

iam new seller in paypall usually i buy though it not sell 

but in the last few days i sold something through paypal 

nothing to ship he just baught my game account 

any way

i took the money everything was good 

then i got an email from paypall 

Inquiry by PayPal

Temporary Hold

and saw that in my profile ?

i dont know why or how but the payment was good and made by the owner of that account

so whats the problem here ?? 

can i take the money after some time ? when paypall make sure everything is good or what ?

When something like this happens, we would be placing the funds on hold to request some additional information regarding the item sold. When this happens, you will be asked to respond to the case through the Resolution Centre on your account and provide some additional information.

Can you please try this and let us know how it goes?

hi i didnt do anything ..

i found the release date 

then it was released after one day of the release day it was on 30 i got it on 1 dec
