i sold something and it told me that when the package is delivered my money would be avaliable after they confirm it was delivered and i stil havent recieved my 160 dollars

Firstly i hope you mean that the funds were SHOWING IN YOUR PAYPAL BALANCE before you sent the item but they had pending or on hold by it?
Secondly was it a private transaction or EBay?
