How long will you have my money?

I had several ebay auctions running, sold arround $800.00 worth of items, all paid via paypal! A little over $300.00 went into my acct and then paypal put a hold on the rest, almost $400.00! everything was shipped with delivery confimation and labels printed on ebay! I've had no complaints from buyers, no negative or nuetral feedback! The notice from paypal says that from "now on" there will be a hold on money I receive thru paypal! I dont understand why they have done this!!! But they better wake up and remember who they make there money from before its to late, it's me the customer and I will drop them like a hot potatoe if something doesn't happen to change this pretty quick!

Yep paypal are a bunch of retards i was on a new ebayers hold for 90 days came off it for about a week then slammed with a we are holding all your money for 21 days rubbish giving some crap excuse about ratings which is rubbish because mine are fine. I want to know paypal when will you be refunding ppl the money you are making from the interest on our money which you are holding ?.

Ive started accepting chqs and postal orders now on ebay to avoid paypal and am looking at alternative sites to paypal,

ebay and paypal are the same dam company so stop blaming each other for your **bleep**ed up rules

If your eBay payment is on hold, it could be because:

• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months
• You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have a record of good performance
• You have a Buyer dissatisfaction percentage of 5% or greater
• You have an average Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of less than 4.5
• You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
• You have a high rate of customer disputes
• You’re selling in a high risk category or industry such as, tickets, travel, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics or mobile phones

I realise that it can be very frustrating when your funds are placed on hold after being received in to your PayPal account. If you post your items using a recorded delivery service, we would be able to release the payment to your PayPal account when we can see that the item has been delivered at least three days ago.
