I am in need of some help...... I sent money to the wrong email address. The money went to an email address ending in .com but it should have went to .co.uk. When I entered in the email address my phone automatically changed it to .com.
The guy has 'claimed' the money when he knew it wasn't for him. I have contacted him via email and he was nasty and said he was keeping the money!!! How dishonest.
Does anyone know what I can do to get my money back??
Thanks,
Samantha

Hi Qwerty1690,
if you sent it as a commercial payment you could open a dispute for it, if it was sent as a personal payment there's not a lot that can be done to be honest. PayPal can't reverse payments that have completed unless it's a case of fraud (as in, account takeover).
