I sold it as Collection Only and the person who purchased it collected the item 4 days after the transaction. I’ve sold numerous times on eBay and have never encountered this problem before. How can I get the money released?
Have you received an answer yet as to why this is happening? It's started happening to me about 4 days ago and all items I am selling are now being put into a pending status and I cannot get a straight answer as to why this is happening. I have been selling on the site for months now with no problems.
