So I sold a jacket on eBay and the buyer had the item a while then requested a return so the cost of the item was then showing as a negative credit on my PayPal account . I was happy to accept this and issued them with a postage returns label costing £6 via eBay. They failed to return the jacket stating they posted it but got no proof of postage and they didn't use the label I'd paid and issued. When I emailed them to chase he was very casual and said "it's something else I've lost in the post' eBay closed the case in my favour as they could evidence he failed to return the item. This released my funds on PayPal however now a few days later the same payment is being held on PayPal but I can't see its listed as a dispute with PayPal and eBay has closed the case. Basically the buyer still has my jacket and I've not had any payment clear. Please help
