Firstly, somebody please explain why once a dispute has been closed by Paypal the only come back to it is whether you have already refunded the item or if you have evidence of postage?
To cut a long story short, I sold a few parts and the buyer paid via paypal, the buyer then disputed to say that the package was damaged and some parts were missing.
After careful deliberation (yeah right) paypal refunded the buyer.
I was supposed to recieve the parts that they had received, I have not been returned them!
And I am substancially out of pocket!
Why are Paypal such **bleep**!
