text message is true or a scam

Thanks in advance

i made a purchase today and then i received a text from paypal saying i had to reply with a 1 to authorised or 2 if it was not authorised.

Its from a number 62226

never had this before.

I have logged into my paypal account and it says the purchase has been completed.

How do i confirm?
