I have an issue with the money transfer. I sent money from PayPal to Bank Account but my transfer did not confirm, it is pending for more than 2 days. What can I do? And what is wrong with the transfer?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
