getting desperate !
PayPal have locked my account as I have gone past the threshold for providng additionalaccount information. I live and register my business at an address which has no Street name - PayPal will not accept this.
- I have provide everything they have asked for
- I have provide scanned image sof proof of address
- I have spoken to customer services 8 times
- I have email compliance ( who never reply)
- I have made aformal complaint (which they never acknowledged)
Aparting from reporting it to the Police as theft - how can I get these lovely people to give me access to my hard earned money ??????
