invalid postcode

My postcode is registered with Royal Mail but it isn't available in the postcode box in Paypal when I want to register my card, why is that? It is a new address by the way.

Not sure how we would know the answer to that one apart from the fact that as you said its a new address.

Suggest you phone customer services and see if they can enter your card details and add it manually.
