i have a pending payment but no cancellation button?

Hi , a sports direct order failed twice but shows pending and wiuth the statement

"Your funding source will be charged when Sportsdirect.com completes your order."

i have no outstanding orders on sports direct website so would like to cancel/remove/stop this on my paypal account.

any help appreciated

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
