Hi All,
Paypal have resolved a dispute with Groupon in my favour however, instead of their usual standard U.K. return address, I am being forced to send the item to Switzerland. Its a heavy ceramic pan set and will cost me £23 to send it back to the U.K.. Cant imagine what it will cost to send it abroad.
Can I do something about this?

Personally I would give paypal customer services a call and tell them this and see what they say.
If it really is going to be too big then I would send a trackable envelope to the Swiss address and provide paypal with that tracking number to hopefully get a refund and when you have got it return the item to the UK address.........naughty yes but in my opinion justified.
Advice is voluntary.

brilliant idea. Ill send the parcel to the UK address on the returns sheet and send the (photocopied) paperwork saying Ive done so to the swiss address and get that tracked. Perfect. Thankyou.

I would send the tracked one first in case it doesn't work and you lose item and refund.

Its advice only, you can take it or leave it as i have NOTHING to do with paypal.
All i know is that it worked for me x1, but you do it at your own risk.
